Observe the breath

Sit quietly and watch the natural breath without changing it.

How to practise

  1. Sit comfortably with eyes gently closed.
  2. Let the breath flow naturally — do not change it.
  3. Notice cool air in, warm air out.
  4. When the mind wanders, gently return to the breath.
