Mantra concentration. Continuous whispered or mental repetition of "Rama Rama Rama".

How to practise

  1. Sit comfortably with eyes gently closed. Let the breath settle.
  2. Begin to repeat "Rama Rama Rama" — whispered or silently.
  3. Focus on the sound of the word.
  4. When the mind wanders, return softly without judgement.
  5. Let the chant flow at its own natural rhythm.
