How to practise
- Sit comfortably with eyes gently closed. Let the breath settle.
- Begin to repeat "Rama Rama Rama" — whispered or silently.
- Focus on the sound of the word.
- When the mind wanders, return softly without judgement.
- Let the chant flow at its own natural rhythm.
